Regional NGO working group on HIV and hepatitis

Lenis is committed to eliminating hepatitis and making a difference in the lives of those affected by HIV which is why in April we organized a regional NGO working group on HIV and hepatitis. Participants from 8 different countries of the Adriatic region gathered in Ljubljana and discussed specific challenges and successes of each country. One of the event’s most important findings was the critical role played by NGOs and patient associations in the education of general public and in destigmatising these diseases.
