In September 2023, our Managing Director Vita Godec, PhD, will take on an additional role as a mentor as she will participate in the new season of the AmCham Mentor programme, which takes place under the auspices of AmCham Slovenia. At the beginning of their participation, mentorees will set both a career and a personal goal, which they will work towards with the help of their mentor during this one-year mentoring programme.
At Lenis, we are well aware of the great importance of mentoring, and we have participated in this role on several occasions in the past, both within AmCham and other programmes.
