Last week, the entire Lenis Group team convened in the beautiful city of Maribor for our annual company meeting. This gathering brought together 60 colleagues from eight different countries, creating a unique opportunity to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our connections.
The meeting served as an essential platform to review our performance, reflect on results, and align on the strategic direction for the year ahead. In addition to business updates and discussions, we also celebrated individual and team accomplishments through awards recognising outstanding contributions across the organisation.
Equally valuable were the teambuilding activities, which encouraged collaboration, creativity, and open exchange among colleagues from diverse backgrounds. These moments not only deepened professional relationships but also reinforced the sense of unity that drives our success as an international group.
