We are pleased to announce that the sale of a majority ownership stake in Lenis farmacevtika d.o.o. to Great Point Partners (GPP), a US-based private investment firm committed to supporting Lenis’ next phase of growth, has successfully been completed. Dr Branko Huč, our founder, remains with Lenis as a valued minority shareholder and will continue to support the company’s strategic development and expansion.
